    台湾大宪光学公司研究开发金属感应高频加热机长达30余年,并和和欧洲CEIA金属探测电器工业技术集团合作,所有产品都通过CE认证,并获得广大客户的认可与支持。

    金属感应高频加热机是採用磁场感应快速加热,不触碰加热线圈,通过非金属物质加热,而且提供热量的物质不会受到影响,并利用水来散热,省电又不影响通讯设备;金属感应高频加热机适用于精密或一般焊接、硬化热处理、加热、锻造、冶金熔炼等。

    和传统的旧型加热机相比,金属感应高频加热机的体积小50倍,价格便宜4至5倍,不使用真空管,有利延长使用期限,可以为直径为40至100毫米以上的金属加热,可提供高达1,800度的高温进行熔化,提供的热度主要取决于金属的大小和种类。加热机可自动调节并稳定温度,可手动或自动操作。

    金属感应高频加热机的特点为机器小、使用方便、不用经常更换设备,不仅省电、快速金属製热、热度稳定, 而且安全、不影响通讯设备、噪音小,通过CE质量检定标準可保护环境。
